Reservation details, pricing, cancellation policies, and house rules are provided prior to confirmation and form an integral part of the contract.
- Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Inelis LLC does not store full credit card information.
A reservation is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
- Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the property and dates reserved.
Failure to comply with house rules may result in cancellation without refund.
- Guest responsibilities
